Steve started Organizing for Scotts Valley Schools bringing people together within their own neighborhoods to help identify and work on ways to avoid further decline in our public schools.

LA Times article on value-added teacher scoring

Very interesting article on scoring LAUSD teachers from the LA Times. We’ve struggled with this issue as it always seems to end up boiling down to little more than feelings shared between parents and friends.
