Chuck Jazdzewski for a number of years here at Borland working on Delphi and recently stumbled (back) to his blog (yes, the one he said he'd
never write) and to his post on
fatherly advice for new programmers. Don't let the title mislead you it's well worth the read whether your a new programmer or an old one.
